1. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions

By engaging with GRAB IT MEDIA's services, including but not limited to social media management, marketing, and advertising, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Service Fees and Payment

2.1. Upfront Payment: GRAB IT MEDIA requires payment for services upfront. Payment can be made through the payment methods specified by GRAB IT MEDIA.

2.2. Minimum Retainer Period: Clients are required to engage GRAB IT MEDIA's services for a minimum retainer period of three (3) months. This minimum retainer period is essential because social media marketing and management often require time to yield significant results. During this period, clients are expected to make payments according to the agreed payment schedule.

2.3. Payment Schedule: The payment schedule will be mutually agreed upon between the client and GRAB IT MEDIA. Invoices will be issued in advance of each billing cycle, and payment is due within 5 days from the invoice date.

2.4. Late Payments: Late payments may result in the suspension or termination of services at the discretion of GRAB IT MEDIA. Additional fees or interest may be assessed on overdue amounts.

3. Termination of Services

3.1. Termination by Client: Clients may terminate their engagement with GRAB IT MEDIA after the minimum retainer period, provided they provide written notice at least [30 days] before the desired termination date. Clients are responsible for payment of any outstanding fees accrued up to the termination date.

3.2. Termination by GRAB IT MEDIA: GRAB IT MEDIA reserves the right to terminate services at its discretion, with or without cause, by providing written notice to the client. In the event of termination by GRAB IT MEDIA, the client will receive a pro-rata refund of any prepaid fees for services not rendered.

4. Results and Performance

4.1. Results Disclaimer: While GRAB IT MEDIA endeavors to achieve positive results in social media marketing and management, no specific results or outcomes are guaranteed. The effectiveness of marketing efforts may vary depending on various factors, including market conditions and client cooperation.

4.2. Reporting: GRAB IT MEDIA will provide regular reports on the progress of social media marketing campaigns and other services as agreed upon. Clients are encouraged to review these reports and provide feedback.

5. Confidentiality

Both GRAB IT MEDIA and the client agree to maintain the confidentiality of any proprietary or confidential information shared during the course of their engagement.

6. Client Responsibilities

6.1. Cooperation: The client agrees to provide timely and necessary information, access, and cooperation to facilitate the delivery of services.

6.2. Brand Representation: The client is responsible for the accuracy and legality of any information, materials, or content provided to GRAB IT MEDIA for use in marketing efforts.

7. Changes to Terms and Conditions

GRAB IT MEDIA reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be effective upon posting on our website.
